The rules for this meme are: (1) Link to the person that tagged you. (2) Post the rules on your blog. (3) Share six non-important things/habits/quirks about yourself. (4) Tag six random people at the end of your post by linking to their blogs. (5) Let each random person know they have been tagged by leaving a comment on their website.
Got it. Here are six not-so-exciting things about moi:
1) Je parle francais . . . un peu.
2) I have very cold hands.
3) I don't drink coffee - have never liked the taste.
4) I once dyed my hair purple and red.
5) I adore salsa (the food, of course).
6) Other than a couple of pepperoni slices in high school, I have never eaten meat.
There you have it. Fascinating, huh?
Finally, there are six bloggers out there whom I'd love to learn more about. Share some nitty gritty won't you, Mel, the Green Gringa, and Shannon at Going Crunchy? Katrina at Kale for Sale, please give up some dirt? Chile, Chile, Bo-Billy, are you gonna share some silly? And, Erin at Going Green, can you spill the beans? You six lucky ladies are the next six from whom the blogosphere would like to learn six unimportant things. You are it!

Oh no. I'm not sure I can keep reading you if you don't drink coffee. This really is important.
Meme tag, Green Bean. *innocent look*
Thanks GreenBean! I'll get on it tonight! :-)
PS. No coffee? Really? Like NONE?!?!?!
Damn. You think you know a person....
Chile, you got me on this one.
That's right, ladies! Don't drink coffee. Aren't I amazing? Of course, my chocolate consumption is through the roof. . .
Thanks Green Bean. :-) We're on our way to the fair soon--I'll post the meme tonight or tomorrow.
So you never ate meat growing up? Were/are your parents vegetarian too?
I'm also surprised about the coffee. Tea?
My parents were vegetarian during my "formative years" so to speak. By the time my family started eating meat again, I was too old and aware of what "meat" was. I ended up being the only vegetarian in my family for many years until my dad converted back about 10 years ago.
I will sometimes drink tea but really it's all about the chocolate for me and in this case I'd have to go with hot chocolate.
In that case, I will expect some constructive criticism from you if and when I ever finish my post on hot chocolate. Damn memes getting in the way. ;-)
Je parle francais un peu, aussi.
This link is funny. It's pretty much sums up the extent of my French.

And I don't like coffee either, unless it's got a scoop of ice cream in it.
I don't like coffee though I will on rare occasion drink a mocha. I'm a tea drinker though. I can't do without it!
Coffee is icky...I'm more of a hot chocolate kind of girl...and I loves my soda! Don't mess with my soda!
Love your list. Thanks for playing! I don't like coffee, either. Once in a while I drink it to be polite, but it tastes terrible!
Coffee does taste terrible, folks. But you are approaching it all wrong. It is simply a carrier for the sweet and creamy stuff. Sheesh, if I had to drink coffee black, I'd hate it too. I put tons of sugar in mine and then fill the cup almost halfway with the milk!
removed my comment cuz I see the reason for the veggy life...and yes coffee is just the excuse for all the cream!
Well folks, why bother with the coffee? Just go straight for the sweet stuff I say! I'm a frosting, no cake kind of gal. That is why this trimming the fat thing is so hard!
Heh, green bean we should eat cake together. I'm an only cake, no frosting type of girl. Green Bean + Arduous= No Waste!
No way, Arduous! It would be so environmentally conscious of us to do that that we might even get around the trim the fat thing. ;-) Let's do it!
Thanks for the tag. Unimportant thing #1 - It's going to take me a couple of days.
We're salsa lovers too. I planted eight varieties of peppers last year and still have a few on the plants which is weird. The habaneros kicked our butts. This year we're sticking to serranos and thai.
I don't think the fat counts if you *share* cake.
Arduous: I think if you share the cake it's considered "building community" and therefore exempt.
Kale: Salsa's the best thing ever - behind frosting, of course. ;-)
